List of food for oxalate content

Imagine such crystals as in the image pricking you everywhere in the body. Only those who suffer similarly know how prickly annoying the pain is, and how our body responded with inflammations and stiffness.

H, ya la, malu nak kata fibromyalgia, sebab doktor pakar kat M'sia ni kata orang poteh ja yang suffer gitu...sometime I wonder whether all people suffers pain like me...but then realised that I am amongst those few yang sensitive with oxalates...kalau I minum air soya, sure lutut dan semua joints sakit...orang lain minum tak ada apa2 pun...so check up the list and try eliminate foods that cause problem...I found out that if I juice Strobilantes crispus with green apple and carrot..then half an hour later I'll get severe itchiness down there..now I know it is vulvodynia ha ha ha...then when I only juice the leaves without the apple and carrot, no such pain...I guess I am overly sensitive with oxalates esp. when combined with fructose...Aiyooo...one need to be good in biochemistry to survive without pain and stiffness..
