Rimbunan hijau yang bakal ditanam
Biji sawi dan biji gandum
Tanam di dalam bekas di atas balkoni
Bebas kimia bebas racun
Menjadi penawar, penambah seri
Badan cergas tiap-tiap hari berpeluh
Semangat kuat seperti mula-mula dulu
Sel kanser tak berapa nak tumbuh
Badan ramping, kulitku berseri gebu

Dr H, you are looking so pretty there. I like how young you keep yourself, your husband is a bit thinner from the previous picture that I have seen of him. By the way thank you so much Dr H for all your kind words to my dire need of an answer. I have been away from Kampung halaman far too long. I hope someday my husband can find something in that region so that we can move back to the norm. Albeit all that, I hope our path will cross someday. You noticed. I was concerned but he refused to go for Chest X ray, dia kata dia takut jumpa yang tak elok. Now he is better after the Penang trip, probably for the last 3 weeks he took kapsul susu kuda liar from http://www.niemans.com.my/
and also kapsul hempedu bumi, on top of other regular herbs.
I will doakan you boleh balik ke kampung halaman. Suggest to your daughter to come to HUSM for MMed Psychiatry..boleh jadi lecturer, nampak ada gaya!

InsyaAllah, I hope Allah bukakan hati your husband to go for the Chest Xray, and glad to hear that he is better now after the Penang trip (must be the food there I guess, always love Penang hawkers' food). By the way do you think I can order the kapsul susu kuda liar online? Kalau tak boleh, I will try to get a friend to postkan for me from there. I berangan sangat nak try all the herbs that you have been taking, but till I am home, it is not possible here.

H, hubby dah okay sekarang, lagi la dia tak nak gi X-ray. Give a g try order on line, hubby beli susu kuda dia dengan vet! ha ha Vet dia yang suggest, it boost the immune system esp. good as protection to bird's flu or other flu..it cost RM 200+ for one month..also it probably give synergistic effect with the hempedu bumi..H kalau duduk di kampung senang, macam saya, tanaman keliling rumah macam pharmacy..kalau saya sakit belakang (spine), saya ambil daun hempedu bumi, south afrika dan mengkudu...semua tu antiinflamatory..better than cerebrex or acoxia.
Vet kucing2 dia, Dr. Fakaruddin of Mahkota Clinic (Pet/Animal) in KB. I tak berani ambil sebab susu is not good for breast cancer, takut ada faktor2 yang menyuburkan benih breast cancer!
